David Schieffelin
PARTNER
Entrepreneur and skilled corporate operating officer, David has the cross-disciplined experience to create and execute a Company’s strategic plan alongside founders, advisory teams, key advisors, and partnerships.

David began his career with a two year stop on the floor of the NY Stock Exchange working with then trading giant Speer Leeds & Kellogg. Then, over twelve years, successfully rising to Senior Vice President at Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp, News America Marketing division, where he built new businesses and managed multiple teams generating hundreds of millions of dollars in sales annually gaining extensive operational, financial, sales and marketing experience. David quickly put to use his skills for business innovation as co-founder of two successful electronic | TV retail businesses spanning more than 24 years at HSN and QVC. A Harvard graduate, he is active in numerous entrepreneur trade associations, a SCORE Mentor and certified by the InBIAas a Developer of Business Incubators.

She has engineered a 24-year record of success owning some of the greatest global cosmetic brands in direct sales on 8 LIVE TV networks - 28 countries, HSN (US), QVC (UK: England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales), TSC (Canada), TVSN (Australia, New Zealand), HSE24 (Italy, Germany, Austria), Citruss TV (Dubai & 7 United Arab Emirate States), Ideal World (UK) & Shopping LIVE (Russia) with over $450 million in cosmetic sales.
Stacey is known for forging a highly personal relationship with her millions of girlfriends/consumers and as a successful market disruptive business leader, deeply soulful, entrepreneur-centric and renowned beauty expert. She is a TEDx speaker, mentor, media trainer, contributing author, spokesperson, keynote speaker, and is frequently sought out by national magazines such as Allure, ELLE, Fitness, Good Housekeeping, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Marie Claire, Where Women Create Work and Vogue.
Debbie Saviano

Social media strategist, Debbie, represents those who after a successful career, transition into something new and in her case it was Social Media. Debbie comes from the world of academia, serving as principal of five different campuses with students in pre-K to High School. As an administrator, Debbie was recognized as a leader who always put students first and was a champion for interdisciplinary education.

Her passion for education and life-long learning is ever present as one of the three Founders of Women’s Leadership LIVE (WLL). Debbie views WLL as a guiding force and proponent of women which offers a unique platform in how it educates and inspires women to launch and expand their own businesses by taking their product to market. Debbie continues to educate and train others on the power of Social Media, through speaking, courses, and publications. Debbie offers guidance on the power of the contemporary ROI – Return on INFLUENCE. She believes that life is a combination of physical and virtual space and Social Media should be utilized with the intention to build and maintain relationships.
Tracey Stetler

Tracey Stetler brings over 25 years of diversified entrepreneurial experience as a marketing and sales professionaland project manager with a proven track record of identifying trends in the marketplace, strategic planning, and implementing and executing new business development concepts. She has worked for top-tier Wall Street financial institutions and with fortune 50 clients and partners. She has extensive experience with domestic and international home television-shopping giants and a variety of well-known entrepreneurs and celebrities.
Tracey is a thought leader, an innovator specializing in new business development and major market expansion. She combines her entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share and profit performance. Tracey holds a MBA with a concentration in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies from Penn State and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and Space Planning from Ringling College of Art and Design, FL.
Maureen Francisco

Maureen is the co-executive producer of NW Productions and Pageants NW, which oversees four state pageant qualifiers to Miss USA and Miss Teen USA for Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. She is also the co-founder of the Global Beauty Awards show, which celebrates ALL pageant systems at the international level. (Past honorees of the GBAs include the President of the Miss Universe Organization Paula Shugart, Founder of ybf Stacey Schieffelin, the first female CEO in L’Oréal’s history Jamie Kern Lima and many other world changers.)
In addition, Maureen is a Business Development Executive at Capital Health Partner where she has joined the fight against COVID-19. She is dedicated to jumpstart the economy in a safe way through a spray (EPA and FDA approved) that can kill COVID-19 for up to 90 days.
Furthermore, Maureen is an award-winning author of It Takes Moxie with the foreword written by the first military woman to become the White House Doctor to three US Presidents, Dr. Connie Mariano.
Maureen was a Miss World America and Miss Teen World America 2019 Judge and is now a Miss World America Advisory Board Member.
In her previous life, Maureen was a TV news reporter and anchor and worked all over the country.

Along with our team, I strive to think outside the box in discovering, developing, and deploying people and ideas into business ventures that benefit those involved and those it serves. Our goal is to improve and increase the valuation of people to build a lasting legacy. We live our lives based on integrity, creativity and excellence in all that we do and the products/services we provide.
Aside from live and recorded productions, we currently provide a spray solution that kills COVID-19 for up to 90 days on nearly all surfaces, both porous and non-porous as well as other products in helping venues (large and small), offices and locations return to normal preCOVID-19 days.
